First off - thank you so much for volunteering your time to help support students on such an important day.  We and they are very grateful!

This site contains full guidance to support you in your role as a volunteer for MyBigCareer on Results Day 2026.The guide outlines how to provide compassionate, practical support to students receiving Level 3 results (A Levels, BTECs, etc.).Supporting you to support students with decision-making, university applications, apprenticeships, and emotional reassurance.

• Celebrate student achievements.

• Help with decision-making and next steps.

• Offer reassurance about options available.

• Signpost to further support (e.g. UCAS, Clearing, apprenticeships).

• Support school staff where needed.

• Encourage confidence in contacting universities/employers.

• Maintain safeguarding and accurate records for follow-up support.
